I recently placed a large order for hooks from GCO. Upon arrival I double checked my hooks against my order and found that a few packages had been over looked and not shipped. I emailed customer service regarding this issue.I received a prompt and courteous response express their apologies for the oversight in fulfilling my order and then they told me the rest of my hooks were on their way.Awesome customer service!If anyone is concerned about the quality of GCO hooks, don't give them another thought, they are a great value and just as good as any comparable hooks I've used for tying flies on.Check out Jim Misiura on youtube he does some awesome tying tutorials and is where I learned about GCO hooks.
