New style vise?

Does anyone know who makes the vise that holds the hook by way of a mini eye bolt that pulls the hook back into the vise instead of squeezing the sides?

It looks well made I just don't see it being terribly functional compared to many other vises out there, seems like the access to the hand placing material would be fairly restricted.

Tvrdek vices are good even for #22 hooks. I personally use this vise for more than 10 years and works fine, like in the first day

They look really nice at a great price with ball bearings as well. The only issue I see with the first one is it will only tie down to a size 18.
