Funny how one pattern with only a few materials can be tied so many ways! Here's my favorite way to tie the double bunny clouser style

Double Bunny

Hook: 2-12 Bass Bug

Tail & Body: White & Natural Zonker

Flash: Pearl Crystal Flash

Thread: 70 White

Hello from Terry1000,

When you fished this fly did you find it very 'heavy' to cast - especially when it is wet?

Excellent instructional video - thank you.

My very best regards,

T

Thanks for checking it out. It's not too bad to cast, but the water and eyes certainly add a little weight, but I will often fish this with a sink tip so it's a long way from casting dries regardless!

I'm just getting back into tying after several years. I added a weed guard to the front as I will most likely use them for bass fishing.

Not a bad idea! The weighted eyes help a little riding hook up, but a weed guard is a nice way to go. My best

Another excellent example of technique on what can be a tricky pattern. Scott Sanchez would approve. You should tie his "convertible". One of the more interesting attractor dries you will see. I look forward to that one.
