This is a thank you to everyone on Fly Tying Forum. I will send you any fly you desire.

My best flies are the wooly bugger, mouse fly, coho fly, bug (and Adams without dubbing), caddis pupa, and the pheasant tail caddis. I can also give you wolf, fox, and caribou hair.

Thank you for joining and participating, TIER.  I don't use most of the flies you mention, and I tie the flies I DO fish with. (as do most people on this site).

I appreciate your offer, but just having you as an active member of the site is good enough for me.

It's a nice jesture but most of us older dudes won't take stuff from a young feller. If you really want to show appreciation, make sure you pay attention to the advise given so we don't get the feeling you're just wasting our time and always be courteous and respectful (not that you haven't been).

just a word of caution for you and all new fly tyers

please be aware of the federal laws protecting a lot of animals and their use as fly tying materials

https://www.fws.gov/...otect/laws.html

dont brag of forums that you have some feathers from a federally protected bird of prey even if they were from a dead bird in the forest. its still protected and illegal to possess

Fly tying - The art of attaching feathers, fur, wool, and silk to a tiny hook to create artificial lures that imitate insects, a skill easily mastered by anyone who can peel a grape blindfolded with a pair of tweezers and a butter knife while wearing oven mitts.

The list is much longer and more inclusive than I had imagined.
