Sort of a "probably know the answer" question
but I've never done this before and to muck things
up at this point would drive me nervous.

This PacBay decal is a dry transfer type (?), where you
press it on, rub it down, peel off the plastic sheet.

Can I cover the decal lettering directly with the FlexCoat Lite?
