BWO/March Brown Swap

Its been about a year since I have ran a swap but feel guilty not running one so i wanted to host a BWO/March Brown Swap since thise are 2 best hatches on the Tailwater that I fish. So I was thinking either 12 ppl tie your choice of either hatch- any stage. Same rules tie 12 and you dont get yours back. Due Date of March 15th so we can fish these.

Can they be 12 of the same fly or should it be a variety?

Welcome to the site.

 

You tie 12 of one pattern, send them to ATX who sorts them. You then get back a box of 12 flies, one each from the other tiers.

There is a thread on this forum that details the rules of a swap.

Hello atxdiscgolfer!

Hope all is well your way dude. I am not familiar to much on the hatch cycles of things so please for give me on my ignorance. I was think of tying an articulated March Brown "Wet Fly". Will this type of fly fit the bill? If so I am in!!!!
