Well just been trying to make myself do things the past couple weeks. Really hard to find a lot of enjoyment in things still. And the really messed up thing is when I do get some enjoyment, such as going to the park and running the truck I have a good time doing that but then in the evening I feel overwhelming feeling of guilt. Which I know is not the way to be because I know Tracy would want for me to try to have fun and enjoy my life. Been having okay days as well as bad days.
My fishing buddy Mark was over for coffee yesterday, we planned a trip. Going to go up with him for a few days together June 9th. Then he leaves on the 12th and I am going to stay on the river by myself for probably at least a week. I think the time alone fishing every day will be a good healing thing for me. Not sure exactly how long I will stay, at least a week but maybe longer, depends how long money lasts I guess.

Solitary contemplation has always been the salve for emotional wounds. As you've realized, Tracy wants you to move on. Live the life she can't, and she'll watch over your shoulder. You'll feel her with you in time.
Barbed hooks rule!
My definition of work: Doing something in which effort exceeds gain.

It will be a roller coaster of emotions for some time Steve. Been in similar circumstances and all I can say is you know the One to draw on to fill that hole in your heart and to ( in due time) return joy to it. Draw near. That trip may reveal some things too, nature can be used to minister to us.
