What are your favorite patterns? Cutthroat, salmon, anything else? I am experienced but new to the Sound.

Winter time is a amphipod (krill) game. The resident coho switch to baitfish around May and June so Clousers or flatwing patterns are the name of the game. If you're fishing with a short distance of a creek the Chum Fry pattern will knock it out of the park for all species when timing permits.
