Not really a tying tool, but it IS homemade.  Someone posted a product a month or so ago, and being cheap, I decided to make my own.  This is a combination tippet minder, and fly floatant carrier.  It will hold up to 8 spools of tippet, and holds the floatant bottle upside down ready to go.  Since I took these pictures, I have opened a window in the floatant holder to allow for squeezing out floatant when necessary.

Since someone asked, here are few more pictures to show how I made this:

Nice work Utyer; very clever to add a window for squeezing out floatant.

Nice work Mike.

I always liked the thunder creeks patterns because they really catch fish and are durable.

Years ago keeping the two bundles of hair colors separate was so difficult I didn't have many in my fly box.

It is fairly easy to keep the hair separate now thanks to slipping a post-it-note in between the two colors before folding them back.

Welcome aboard.
Phil Rowley's Balanced Minnow is a perfect design for lake fishing with an indicator (bobber for fly fishing).
Note: Larger balanced leeches are also considered minnows.
Fly Tiers Dungeon sells similar (inexpensive) dubbing and is called leech dubbing.
