  1. I appreciate it. I reached out to both Bear and Aws to see if either one is available. I will let you know how it goes.
  2. I will be in Key West in late June and I am free for a half day. Does anyone know a good fly fishing guide I could call? What should I expect to pay for a half day? Thanks FB
  3. I am new to tying trout flies. What thread would you recommend (size and brand)? I am headed to CO in August and want to tie some flies before my trip. I will probably focus on a few drie flies ( size 18-14). Any recommendation would be a big help. Thx BGFly
  4. Sorry realized I posted this in the wrong spot. I will repost on the tying forum

  6. What are your favorite eyes for saltwater flies?
  7. Any idea where I could try out a nor vise? Not sure there is a dealer near Tampa?
  8. Thanks guys. I appreciate it. Have you tie with the nor vise before? I wasn't sure if you could lock it in place like a normal vise? On the videos he is always spinning it and using it as a true rotary.
  9. I am interested in upgrading vises. I have the Danville vise and want to stick with a rotary. I live in tampa so I mainly tie saltwater patterns. Any thoughts on a rotary vise for larger flies? Thx
  10. Yeah I love it down here. We got engaged in Boca Grande and moved from NYC to tampa. it is a great spot
