But the price was so good and I figured if I didn't like it I'd just sell it. Well, I really like this rod. I mainly fish small streams in Western North Carolina and this rod is perfect for how we fish here. The 6'7 3 wt. is perfect. it casts effortlessly and makes landing a 7 Blue Ridge Brookie a hell of a lot of fun. I bought the 8' 5wt. blank also and will assemble it this winter. I'm looking forward to trying it out on some of the larger rivers next summer.
