In breezy conditions I was able to gently loop dry flies spot-on target. Paired the 6'7 GCRR 3 wt rod up with an Orvis Battenkill 1 Fly Reel 2 3/4 click pawl drag reel. Wow...what fun I had! Giggling out loud as I gracefully delivered insane 20'-30' casts when necessary. Although my primary expensive 3 wt rod/reel setup is definitely a laser-accurate-workhorse, it's definitely not as fun to fish with as this rod!
