well by the looks of the weather we should be getting soft water next week. does anyone know any good patterns for LM bass after ice out. if you do could you give some tips how to fish them.

I have been having some luck with a size 10 green bead head crystal bugger fished slow and about 6-8ft. deep. I usually strip in about 2-3 inches at a time.

for me i use a beadhead bugger on the top because there is no bottom of the pond (only about 3 feet ) strip slow and wait for the explosion biggrin.gif
