Hi everyone,

My spouse and I are planning a trip to Vietnam, from Hanöi to Ho-Chi-Minh Ville, visiting waters like the Halong Bay, Hue, Sapa, the Mekong and others.

Anyone has experience flyfishing these waters? Need a license? Cost? Recommended flies for the region? I was not planning on bringing a rod because of the bulk, but surely a few flies, reel and tippet.

Any advice will be appreciated.
