Eli (hexfly) from greatlakesflies.com made some flies with spinners a few days ago and posted them on his face book page. they kind of inspired me to try this. the mono idea is kinda based on how pellhamet ties his ewok but with a blade rather than a bunch of flash. Yes Im stealing others ideas and modifying them! LOL!! Next time I will put the blade on top I think it might act as a weed guard.

The streamer bite was off today so I'm not sure. None of my streamers would work. I got all my fish draggin a twisted critter in the rocks real slow. But I have no worries about it catching fish.
