Well ...there is hurricane coming up to smack us in the butt in a few days. But more important is the local humidex warning.
In my yard it is
110 deg F, 96 deg F in the shade. Big alert going out on the media.
ALERT:
" Find shade, drink lots of liquids and do as little as possible."
This is my response.
Just stocked the pantry incase.
UPDATE: Just got a phone call, goes like this "want to go to the beach when I get home from work." Well... do bears #%$^ in the woods?
I'll get some pics if the surf is up. It will be a struggle but I'll try.
One of the things that tugs my heart strings the most to move back home and home being the Big Bay, Bay of Fundy,Saint John NB, I truly miss big surf and that smell the smell of the Ocean when she is moving and alive with power.
Bottle some and send it to me will you? Please...
As in the Army, I have never had a bad day flyfishing, some damn uncomfortable ones but never a bad one!
Everybody must believe in something and I believe in Fly Fishing and Fly Tying and believe I will
