Good tie but try polypropylene yarn, Web Wing, Para-Post, or even Puglisi EP Fibers instead of Superhair. I think you will prefer the results.

If your talking about the post, that is not super hair. only the body is super hair the post is whit egg yarn.

Ah, that makes a bit more sense. So how well does this pattern float? Superhair is pretty dense stuff and would not be my first choice for dry fly bodies.

Well I always wondered if it would float myself. Then last year I was fishing the lakes up at Delaney and I put on a boulder Caddis for a indicator and/or a top fly. then I put on a number 14 juju beatis and i was getting huge strikes on the top and they were hitting right behind the Caddis.. I got my line in and put the flies in the water and the juju beatis was floating and that's why they were hitting right behind the Caddis.. so that's when I knew that it would float,. The juju is a great callibaetis intimation.
