First pike on a fly

My first pike, and largemouth bass on a fly, yep one of my own! had a hell of a nite! caught 4 of my targeted 16 species for the year. I also got a sunfish(pumpkinseed) and a bluegill. Super jacked.

Good job, pretty fish. Only 12 fish to go and you can quit for the year.

Gezz.. 16 species in one year, I'm on 17 species, only in 25 years. Good job, I wanta hook up with a pike on the fly. Whene I was about 13 or so I went to Minnesota with my grandpa, we got pike and I got one large musky, I still recall that day well.

Id be lucky to find 6 species locally. The one thing I miss from back home.

10 silver perch/ possible silver bass - april may river run
11 walleye may if not then fall run! (Oct)
12 perch anytime

13 Northern pike - Done

14 chinook salmon - fall run
15 rainbow - fall
16 brown - fall/winter

I have never found a crappy, and every fish on my list I have caught atleast 1 of each. there are a few species of trout that are around that are also not on this years list, perhaps next year
