That is brilliant. You should so a line of them for Christmas tree decs.
The pike would love them too. Reminds me of a gopher lure duckling
Matthew 25: 35-36 "Out of every 100 men, 10 shouldnt even be there, 80 are just targets, nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Wow! Only thing I've seen like that is Steve Potter tying a hummingbird "fly" at a fly fishing show in Pleasanton, CA a few years ago. Personally, I thing work like that is true art. Donate it to the Louvre and I'll have an excuse to go back. Tom

One of my favorite holes is below a bridge that is loaded with bird nests. I've often wondered what would best imitate an unfortunate bird.

Bruce -

Nice work!

I didn't realize that Pat had some DVDs out until I saw one of your other posts. I bought the duck one and a Jr Packer tool. Cool stuff.

I'm thinking a redwing black bird version will be deadly...

May I ask how the beak was made? Is that just thread built up with clear cure (or equal) on it?

Bruce,

Awesome fly and I like that it will be admired by more than fisherman.

If you could buy one deer stacking video this Christmas, which one would you recommend?

Thanks
