I love my Nor-Vise. I've had it for 7 years and have never looked back.

Let me add just one comment, if you go down to the beginner's forum, you'll find several lengthy discussions of the subject in recent weeks/months.  It won't take you long to understand why I posted what I did.

I like my Renzetti Master, but will someday like to tie on a Law. Both are "good" vices.

NO, NO, NO, you absolutely MUST tie on the vise I use, no other vise will ever do.  Run right out, right now don't wait, get MY vise no matter what it costs or what it does, its the best that ever was.

Renzetti is probably the most popular rotary vise.  The Traveler series starts at $165.

ya for the money a renzetti travel is great I love mine but if you can get a regal they are built like a tank.

I have a HMH and a Regal I got off of Ebay. If you have a place that you can maybe look at some in person would be good. Some in the forum have high dollar vises and others have cheapos. I guess it all depends on your budget and what type of flies you will be mostly tying. There's really not a right or wrong answer. I asked this very same question about a year ago. Bottom line get what YOU like!

The best vise is the one that will tie you flies that catch fish.Oh and I tie on a renzetti.
