a great video. i think there is a lot to be gained from seeing the real versions of what we are tying.

I notice that all the nymphs, etc were actively moving, whereas the substitute flies are rigid. Apparently that doesn't make a diff to the fish... or does it? at least streamers and zonkers tend to move like a small fish would.

Those nymphs are down in a current and moving and twitching around. Maybe not the same as the natural but not just sitting there either. Enough movement to convince a fish I guess. Great and interesting video.
