any salmon hook - eyed or blind eyed - tip/tag flat gold tinsel - tail GP crest - body orangish headcolour for the body with bits of brown and red mixed in - butted in 3 intevals with a hackle of natural partridge feather - ribbed with fine gold wire - fronthackle/collar style a bronw/reddish long hackle...

imitates a GRUB...this fly was tied after the only known Belgium salmon flypattern invented and used by Alfred GOFFIN from Brussels fishing the Belgium rivers Meuse and L'Ourthe and Ambleve in the years 1906 - 1912

GC3769 - Wet Fly & Nymph, 2X Heavy, Sproat bend, Bronze Decent find! Though I've yet to fish with them, these hooks seem well worth the money so far. When tying on them you get plenty of time to look them over and test their strength somewhat.
