Red grizzly saddle base feathers for tail
Red grizzly Hackle feather
Red Chenille
Tying Instructions: Tie in grizzly tail.
Then tie in hackle and chenille.
Cement the threaded hook shank...
no rib required.
Wrap chenille forward and tie off.
Wrap grizzly hackle forward to eye and tie off.
Wrap the black head and you're done.
Presentation Tips: This fly has worked for me for perch
as well as small farm pond trout.
I imagine it would work well for gills
and other panfish too.
