Fly Type: Terrestrials & Midges,
Target Species: Trout,
Recommended Region: General Europe,
Material List: Hook: TMC 112Y #11.
Thread: TMC 16/0 - Grey.
Ext. Body: Dun Floatant Chenille (Benecchi).
Wings: TMC Dry Wing, Camel.
Legs: Fireline 0,15mm.
Thorax: Snowshoe in dark grey mixed with nat. Brown and dk. grey cdc.
Tying Instructions: 1: Fasten thread and tie in the first pair of legs. The legs are prepared before i tie them in. Use a hot tip to make joints. Otherwise the legs will just be straight on the water. Prepare 3 pcs that are 7 cm long.

2: Tie in the ext. body. A quite long piece, the front part is used for thorax (wingcase) and head.

3: Tie in the second pair of legs. Aprox 2mm in front of the first.

4: Tie in the wingmaterial, i make a "U" that i place around the front piece of the ext. body. Use a lighter and plier to melt down the tips. Make barrings with a markerpen.

5: Make a dubbingloop and spin. Tie it in on the thorax, but save some space for the last pair of legs and to tie in the wingcase.

6: Tie in the last pair of legs.

7: Fold over the wingcase and whipfinish.

PS! Since the fireline is slippery i add superglue to the wrappings around the legs and the ext. body.
Presentation Tips: A Cranefly imitation which I use for calm water and vary fish.
