Wingcase: Hen Pheasant

Thorax: Same as Abdomen

Tying Instructions: 1: Put hook in vise
2: Warap appropriate amount of lead wire on bare shank

3: Tie on thread and cover wire
4: Take thread to the back of shank and tie on 2 pheasant fibers as a tail

5: Tie on ribbing, mottled back, and two ostritch herls in that order.
6: Dub body (Try to keep it from getting too plump)

7: Pull Ostritch herl no. 1 along the side of the body and tie it off.
8: Pull Ostritch herl no. 2 along the other side of the body and tie it off.

9: Stretch back over the body and tie it off
10: Next, wrap rib in even turns along the body and tie it off. Be carefull not to trap any fibers under it.

11: Tie in wingcase
12: Dub thorax

13: Pull Wingcase over dubbed thorax and tie it off
14: Whip finish
