Material List*:
Mustard 36890 size 2-8 Salmon fly hook.,I used a size 6.
Thread :brown
Tail:Red Hackle fibers
Wing:White Calf Tail
Butt:Green chenille
Rib:Fin oval silver tinsel
Body:Black

Tying Instructions: 1 choose preferred size 36890 hook and thread back the shank to were you are even with the point.

2Tie in the red hackle fibers.The hackle fibers should be up off the shank.

3Tie in 2 turns of the green chenille:

4Tie in your tinsel but don't wrap.

5Take strip of black chenille and wrap up to just before eye and tie in

6Now take tinsel wrap up toward eye and tie off.

7Choose hackle of proper size,tie it in.Now wrap hackle so fibers are facing back,tie it in.

8 Last and final take your white calf tail tie in so it lies over and above hackle.trim excess so it don't protrude past tail.
