5 wraps lead wire/or substitute
Thread: 6/0 dark olive

Tying Instructions: Place bead on hook and add lead. Wrap lead and hook forming smooth underbody. Tie in tail splitting on either side of hook. Tie in Mylar and Copper wire. Tie in 4 strands of peacock hurl and move thread forward to withing about 1/8 inch of bead. Make one turn with hurl then twist into rope and hold with hackle pliers and wind forward to thread, tie off. Tie in sparse white poly wing. Tie in one furnace hackle and make two or three turns, tie off. Tie in remainig hurl rope and while holding hackle into beard make two turns with peacock hurl and tie off. Whip finish
