a wet fly hook (n° 8 I used here) - no tip nor tag - no tail - body yellow floss (I used Polycrolin) ribbed with red/scarlet floss - I used a rather claret floss - yellow throat (I used a rather golden/orangish hen hackle - wing grey goose (I used the grey with white tips - slate had been better) ...psttttt a rather slight variation I would say ...but still CHENEY(ish)
