Wing. Mallard flank tied spey style Tying Instructions: tie in tag, make 3 or 4 wraps, tie in bunch of pheasant tippet. Tie in orange schlappen by tip, and fine oval tinsel. Dub body of seal fur, wrap hackle to head, counter rib with tinsel. Take 2 or 3 wraps of grey spey hackle, pull fibers down and tie in mallard flank wings.
