small lead eyes
tan saddle hackle
Tying Instructions: tie the eyes in, after putting down a base layer of thread, within a close-ish proximity to the eye of the hook.
take your nice n fluffy marabou feather and tie in the tail, which should be about the length of the shank of the hook.
take the remaining part of the feather and twist it to almost make a chenille for the body and wrap it to the back of the lead eyes.
cris cross wrap it over the eyes for a head and tie it off.
then tie in and wrap the hackle around the hook twice for a sparse collar.
whip finish that mama jama and head cement that sonofagun.
