{Hook} = plastic tube from Q-tip sky-blue, one and 1/8 inches; or number 10 Popper hook;
Body = shiny blue gel pen grip 5/8 of an inch; +Foam 1/4th inch plug cylinder cut from flip flop or equivalent dense foam; recommend stage tying
Zap-A-Gap Medium CA+;
Tailing= 4 color blend, one strand each of poly yarn-white, blue dun, medium blue, bright blue; +Clear Iceabou+ Fl. Blue Iceabou;
Body hackle= blue dun saddle
Body wrap, Polar chenille-black
Wings: Clear Iceabou
Legs, clear vinyl stretch tubing or equivalent
