Grass Shrimp

Hook: 2/0 Owner Mosquito or equiv.
Antenna: Bug legs brown FTD
Body: Antron tan
Head: Brown back of Bucktail
Eyes: 30# Mono
Mono melted and dipped in black powder
paint, then reflashed
Shell: Clear aquarium tubing 1/4" dia attached
with 12# mono to create segments
Tail: Maribou tip or hen hackle fiber ginger

Tying Instructions: 1. Grass Shrimp Length: 1-5/8" (Note Shrimp normally range from 1 to 2 inch in length).
2. Prepare Tubing: Cut with large scissors at approx 45 degree angle first, then cut to 7/8" finished length.
Preparing bottom of tubing : Slit the tubing open.
Cut a triangle starting at the tail about 1/8" wide then ending half way. This will cause the finished body to be tapered.
