Stockard store. Tying Instructions: Materials are added in the order listed. The fly does not travel through the water upside down; I took the picture with the fly upside down so that the feathers would align nicely for the photo. Presentation Tips: This fly is a tarpon style pattern tied in colors to match yellow perch, a favorite food item for the pike in these parts. Although I haven't fished it yet, I'm sure that the splayed feathers will move plenty of water and get some attention.
