Tying Instructions: Begin by attaching a small tip of mallard flank as the tail. Advance thread and attach Mylar and ribbing material at the front of the hook.leaving enough room for the head. Wrap Mylar and tie off, and then wind the ribbing forward. Attach Mallard flank wing by cutting a long straight section and folding it in two and then again until the desired density, and straightness. Place wing on top of the hook near the head by pinching the wing together. Place one loose wrap over the wing and instead of pulling down pull upwards. Tie 4-5 strands of Mylar. Tie in a section of stacked deer hair 10-15 strands. Spin a small head. Whip finish.
Presentation Tips: Fish with a varying strip technique with rod tip submerged, and a Intermediate clear sink line.
