Fly Type: Terrestrials & Midges,
Target Species: Trout,
Recommended Region: New Zealand,
Material List:
Body: Deerhair coloured to choice, most usually Green. Underwing: Accent Flash. Colour to suit, most usually pearl. Wing: White or Grey Web-Wing
Collar: Deer Hair stacked. Head: Clipped Deerhair. Eyes: Monofiliment. Post (Optional) Foam to suit.
Tying Instructions: Tied pretty much as it looks. Spin the deer hair body being sure to trim very flat on top to ensure the wings sit flat over the body. Add under wing and overwing. Collar then post. Mono eyes are added and finally the head of clipped deerhair.

I am proud to say one our most effective summer flies down here and commercially the most successful dryfly in New Zealand.
