Thread; Black 6/0 UNI
Tail; yellow Calf Tail and red Krystal Flash
Body anD Rib hot butt red wool, oval silver tinsel, flat silver tinsel, and onter segment of red wool, and yellow deer hair spun and trimmed
Hackles; 3 one red palmered through deer hair and 2 as collar, one red one yellow
Wings; Yellow Calf Tail upright and divided

Tying Instructions: Tie on tail, add flash. Add a small clump of red wool dubbing. attach rib. Advance thread forward a bit. Add flat tinsel and wind rearward to hot butt and back. Add rib, and another small section of red wool dubbing. Attach first hackle, and spin and trim deer hair. Attach wings so they are upright and divided, palmer wrap first hackle and tie off. Attach the other 2 hackles and wrap them forward and tie off. finnish head
Presentation Tips: Fish dry, if it starts to get soggy try it wet, or dry off with a few false casts and add floatant.
