Tying Instructions: after placing hook in vice tie in ant. and pincers at hook bend (this fly is made to ride upside down and backwards!)

tie in dumbell eyes on top of hook shank to make fly turn upside down.

spin hair in front of and behind eyes and trim to somewhat of a cone shape to form body

Presentation Tips: this fly was developed by tony pagliei, a die hard smallie and carp fisher here in lansing, mi. he has had many succesful days fishing for carp with this fly.
