Tag and tip flat silver tinsel
Hackle Blue Rhea
Ribs Flat and extra small oval silver tinsel
Counter rib extra small gold tinsel
Body white uni stretch in a bobbin
Throat gaddwal feathers

Tying Instructions: . Tie on tinsel about half shank and wrap back to point of hook and back. Wrap thread back over tinsel leaving a wide band of silver tinsel for tag tip. Attach hackle and ribs/counter rib. Make a tapered under body with white floss. With tying thread hanging just slightly back fromm hook eye attach uni stretch and half hitch tying thread a couple of times and clip. wind the uni stretch back to where the hackle feather is tied in and back. reatach tying thread and tie down uni stretch wind rids hackle and counter rib forward. Add throat and wing
