Material List:
Hook- Daiichi 2441, #2 Salmon/Steelhead
Body-Red Floss, Black African Goat
Rib-Flat Silver & Gold Oval Tinsel
Hackle- Black BEP (i dyed red)
Throat- Sliver Pheasant Dyed Red
Wing-Bronze Mallard
Tip (added)-Fine Silver Oval
Tying Instructions: dyed Black BEP & Silver Pheas w watermelon unsweetned kool-aid. Pheas came out scarlet while BEP has a tint of red in certain light.

place 3/4 cup (6 oz) of tap water in microwave for 2 min. mix in 3.6 g package of kool-aid, and add a shot of white vinegar. submerge feathers in solution and microwave for additional 2 min. let stand until cool enough to handle. rinse in cold water and dry on paper towel.
