Stockard store. Tying Instructions: Put the hook in the vice with the hook point up. Build up the body, starting at the bottom with the white nylon craft cord that has been brushed out, at the bottom of the hook alternating with the white glow flashabou, moving up the hook to the eye. At the top, top the body with one tie in of brushed out olive nylon craft cord and top that with 9-10 strands of peacock herl. Trim the body to the desired profile. Glue on sequins for eyes and then black doll eye pupils using a glue like E-6000 or Craft Goop. After the glue dries, with a black permanent marker put on spot behind eye.
