Tag one turn of flat silver tinsel
Tail golden pheasant crest tied short
Body black floss, here black uni stretch in a bobbin
Throat white moose hair, here white polar bear

Tying Instructions: Attach thread and bind down return eye wire to shank. advance thread rearward to just past half way of shank. attach tinsel and then make one turn. Tie on tail. Body thoat and wing. cement head
