Create wings and pre-assemble with shoulders. Tie on tag, wrap, tie on rib, floss, wrap floss, then tinsel. Tie on peacock and bucktain belly, using only 4 wraps each. Tie on crest underwing, then crest belly. Add webby hackle fibers top & bottom. whip finish & cut white thread. Tie on black thread, place wings, carefully. Tie off head.
