Thread: White 6/0, Black 6/0 for wings & head.Tag: Med flat silver mylar tinsel
Body: Orange floss
Rib: Small flat silver mylar tinsel
Belly: Peacock herl, white bucktail, golden pheasant crest
Underwing: Golden pheasant crest,; yellow webby hackle fibers
Wings: Yellow, orange, grizzly hackles
Shoulder: Golden pheasant breast feather (red)
Cheek: Jungle cock
Tying Instructions: Usual Rangeley streamer tie. Create wings and pre-assemble with shoulders. Tie on tag, wrap, tie on rib, floss, wrap floss, then tinsel. Tie on peacock and bucktain belly, using only 4 wraps each. Tie on crest underwing, then crest belly. Add webby hackle fibers top & bottom. whip finish & cut white thread. Tie on black thread, place wings, carefully. Tie off head. Cement.
