Tying Instructions: Form thread base and wrap wire on the front 2/3 of the hook. Tie in the body/tail in 3 sections with the woodchuck. (Spin the fur to cover the sides and bottom of the hook)Take 2 larger soft hackles and tie them in and splay them outward for the fins. Tie the head and trim. I use CA on the underside of the head so it doesn't spin.
