Tying Instructions: 1. tie in tail
2. tie in hackle
3. tie in light brown dubbing
4. wrap hacke forward
5. tie in pheasant fibers facing backwards
6. tie in brown dubbing
7. bring pheasant fibers forward and tie in
8. tie in eyes and make head
9. whip finish
