Tying Instructions: Attach tail, slide mylar tubing onto hook and tie in back. Reattach thread in front and apply congo hair followed by a few strands of flashabou then peacock herl. Wrap head and coat with several coats of Sally Hanson Hard As Nails fingdrnail polish
