Tying Instructions: Place hook in vice and tye in a corsair tube spreader. Then take lengths of pearl saltwater flashabou and ,using small applications of goop, lay the flashabou strip by strip, shingled up the side, of the spreader. Top off with a thick clump of black flashobou on top and place eyes on and epoxy over, turning constantly until the epoxy sets.
