Rayon embroidery thread in two contrasting colors

Tying Instructions: Wrap thread into hook bend
Tie in 6 to 8 hackle fibers
Tie in two contrasting colors of embroidery thread
Weave using overhand knot method to just past halfway mark of hook shank
Apply dubbing to just behind hook eye
Tie in isoceles triangle of craft foam to form upper part of body. Tie in forward of this point to form head, whip finish and apply head cement
Tie in medium sized centipede material for legs.
Make a hole in head area with a bodkin, insert threader and pull a length of small centipede material to form antennae. Secure with super glue.

Presentation Tips: Cast to a brush pile and twitch the rod tip. Alternately use as a strike indicator for a Cajun Tickler or Tussle Bug
