Tying Instructions: As listed, like a C.S streamer
The tag, the tail, the butt. The rib and body are then tied in place as close as possible, in front of the butt, and on the far side of the shank. An underbody is then made with white unistretch in a bobbin. The body wrapped in tight close turns, rib spiral wrapped forward over. The under wing of herl, then lower wing of bucktail. Then throat is wrapped as a collar then tied down, and black crest added. The wing is formed and then tied on, all at once. Then the cheeks, head is formed with thread then head cement added.
