Tying Instructions: spin naturl deer hair for 2/3 of body length
spin black deer hair for 1/3 of body length
trim body to a tapered cone shape.
tie in 1-2 pheasant body feathers per side, spent so they will lie against the surface of the water
Presentation Tips: short jerky strips will cause the fly to pull off the water slightly and appear as a moth attempting to fly from the water.
