Hook: Steelhead/Salmon
Thread: Blue silk
Body: Blue silk floss
Rib: Small silver oval
Palmer hackle: Black Saddle
Hackle: Mallard Flank
Collar: Blue Silk Chenille

Tying Instructions: Tie in Mallard just behind eye and overhanging eye.
Move thread to rear and tie in oval and saddle hackle.
Wrap silk forward followed by oval and hackle.
Wrap mallard hackle back and work silk through hackle tying mallard down. Wrap chenille collar and form a small head.
